2 year course starts Monday 13 July 2015 – 23rd June 2017.
1200-hour Australian Government Accredited, CRICOS approved course.

Timetable

1st year practicum: (weekly)
  • Monday 9am – 3pm (pranayama, yoga, relaxation, meditation, karma yoga duties)
  • Tuesday 4.30-9pm (yoga and chanting)
  • Wednesday 4.30-9pm (deep relaxation and yoga)
  • Optional and free: Classical and contemporary Indian Dance Thursday’s 5.30-7.30pm.

Students are required to bring comfortable exercise gear to these practical sessions. You may like to also bring your own yoga mat, alternatively please bring a fresh towel and weʼll provide you with a yoga mat on the day.

Yoga Retreats 2015 – Friday 4pm to Sunday 3pm

  • 6-8 November: Emotional Wellbeing

  • Thursday 10.30-1.30pm Pranayama, Yoga and Meditation (3 hrs)
