INTERNATIONAL STUDENT / EDUCATIONAL AGENT

ENROLMENT STEPS
before you can apply for student visa

AGENCY PAPERWORK

If involving an educational agent, please ensure an active agency agreement is in place before proceeding further. The Agency must hold a signed, valid agent agreement with HIA. If one does not exist, please initiate Agency Agreement Process by filling in the form here: healthinstitute.edu.au/education-agents/become-an-agent

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
  • The Application for Admission (International Student Enrolment Form) must be completed online - healthinstitute.edu.au/enrolments/international-student-enrolment
  • If engaging an Education Agent, please make sure to include your Agent details in the enrolment form. Without this information, we are unable to compensate the Agent for their role.
  • Please indicate clearly if you wish to undertake the Level of English test at HIA, or include evidence of current level of English (IELTS Level 6)
  • The Application for Admission (International Student Enrolment Form) must be supported by all attached copies of relevant details (passport - valid for the course duration, certificates etc)
  • The Application for Admission (International Student Enrolment Form) must be accompanied byt the full non-refundable enrolment admin fee ($250). This fee covers the administrative cost to start the process, confirms the student's intent to study with us, and includes an English test if required. No applications are processed without accompanying enrolment fee.

Incomplete enrolment forms, missing information, missing attachments, or failure to make the payment WILL CONSIDERABLY DELAY the enrolment process. We kindly remind all international students that it is in their interest to take care when completing the steps above, and to seek advice beforehand (support@healthinstitute.edu.au) if anything is unclear.

LETTER OF OFFER (LoO) PREREQUISITES

Before Health Institute Australasia can issue a Letter of Offer, it requires:

  • Confirmation of the student's chosen course.
  • Confirmation of the intended start date.
There are 4 international student intakes each year, that align with the Queensland educational calendar. Please clearly state which is your preferred enrolment date.
  • English level validation.
This can be in the form of a certified copy of IELTS Level 6 or equivalent, or by indicating that you are willing to sit the English test with our teacher.
  • Selected Payment Option / Plan.
Your selected payment plan forms a part of HIA Letter of Offer, which you must review, sign and return. A LoO serves as the contract between the student and HIA. We are unable to issue the LoO if any of the required details are missing.

*If you are waiting on your LoO, please cross-check all above details have been forwarded to HIA, and if in need of more support, please email support@healthinstitute.edu.au
LETTER OF OFFER (LoO) EXECUTION

The Letter of Offer must be:

  • Accompanied by the course tuition deposit (as per selected payment plan)
